Bullying is a form of violence where there is a difference of power between the bully and victim. The bully is always more powerful. Bullying can be physical, verbal, or psychological. It can be as direct as face-to-face or indirect as behind someone’s back and including being left out and gossiping.

Adult Program


Harassment can be based on a variety of factors that differ from the one doing the harassment, such as race, sex, and disability. Experiencing uncomfortable situations in any situation may be more than an offense against an individual. It can be a crime committed against the law, which is why this topic has become a very important.

Identify the words and actions that constitute harassment

Understand what the law says about harassment

Learn different techniques on being safe

Address accusations of harassment

Apply proper mediation procedures

Deal with the aftermath of harassment

Our program will challenge students to make positive choices regarding Bullying and Bully Prevention In order to prevent Bullying, your must first understand what bullying is. In this 45minute seminar, we will share with you what constitutes bullying, from aggressive physical behavior to passive bullying on the internet. Ron’s educational programs are sought after because they meet the problem head-on by identifying the problem, teaching methods of prevention, while providing positive behavior alternatives and enthusiastically challenging students to reach for the stars!!
